On 'above wheel closer to strut' the dust 'boot' of the shock seems kind of worn, as does the isolation rubber at the bottom of the spring. Make sure you get as far into the upper strut mount as you can. This is pretty common with TLs they tend to do this during winters O-ring itself is like 2 dollars its.
